此模块配备有 30μ”金手指，内建单一位纠错功能以及缓存器，可加强时间、指令及控制讯号。不仅符合JEDEC相关标准，并支持-40ºC至95°C(Tc)宽温。
提供4GB、8GB、16GB及32GB的容量，并支持2133MT/s及2400MT/s的传输速度。
ECC模块可侦测及纠正数据存储及传输过程中的单一位错误；并采用汉明码(Hamming Code)或三模块化冗余(Triple Modular Redundancy)进行错误侦测及纠正，可自行管理纠错，无须要求数据源重新发送原始资料。
